WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS HAIR

• Texture: Indonesian raw hair has a naturally coarser, denser feel compared to other raw origins. Bundles may have slight variation in wave or curl pattern from piece to piece — this is normal for unprocessed hair.
• Cuticle & processing status: This hair is raw and unprocessed — no chemical straightening, perming, or colouring has been applied. The cuticles run in their natural direction.
• Length measurement: Lengths are measured on a flat, straight bundle from root to tip. Wavy or curly bundles will appear shorter when worn — this is expected and not a fault.
• Colour after washing: The natural colour may lighten slightly after the first wash as any surface residue is removed. Colour consistency between bundles of the same order is generally good but minor variation is possible due to the raw, unprocessed nature of the hair.
• Care: To maintain quality, follow our Maintenance guide.
