Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

We at Precious Virgin Hair Company Limited, provide 100% Virgin hair to our customers; Our hair is carefully selected by our suppliers which we work with carefully, sourced from their originated countries to ensure quality. We pride ourselves with customer satisfactory, this means making sure our customers receives nothing short of our quality raw ,virgin hair and lace pieces.

In place of our quality measures, we assure that every order is thoroughly inspected before it’s prepared for shipping, in order to maintain the high standard requirements of our customers.

The nature of our products means all sales are final, however exchanges or refunds  may be accepted subject to terms and conditions below (minimum age is 18+).

To cancel an order you have 3 hours after purchase to do so, if you have not contacted us within the 3 hours of purchase we will not be able to cancel or change your order. Please be sure and certain about your purchase as once this is done we can not revert the order. 

Precious Virgin Hair Company Limited agrees to exchange or refund any item if the customer is unhappy with their purchase, within 7 working days of receiving their order. Faulty or damaged items with an equal value are to be returned within  3 days of receiving their order. 

Orders that are pre-ordered DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE, once your order has been received and it has past the 3 hours cancellation mark. Reason is because pre-orders are custom made, so the order has been tailored to you and for you only. The nature of our products doesn’t allow us to do so. Again it is only allowed if the item is faulty. 

Products on Sale, On Offer and Clearance, can not be refunded or exchanged in any situation. These products maybe out of style or a sample product.

Products that have been opened (cut or seal removed or installed in hair) will not be accepted for an exchange due to hygiene requirements.

All shipping and handling fee and money transfer sending fee will be at the customers expense when an exchange is accepted, please ensure that you send products via secured delivery so it can get to us safely, and if it doesn't, that will be the customers responsibility.

Products must be received before an exchange is made.  The same applies to our lace pieces.  In a case where any of the terms and conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

After an order has been placed, and you do wish to cancel you have 3 hours to email us to inform us of your cancellation. This applies if your delivery option is standard or international delivery.

Refunds take 12-15 working days from the day we receive it. This can vary from depending on what bank your with. Thank you
