Processing times before dispatch

The processing times below apply to orders for the UK, Europe, Africa and the rest of the world, including sale items. All times are in working days and exclude shipping. Allow the applicable processing time plus courier transit time after dispatch.

Bank-transfer payments

  • Virgin hair, South American hair, raw Indian hair and Burmese hair bundles, frontals and closures : 3–4 working days.
  • Raw Indonesian hair: 5–7 working days.
  • Ready-made wigs: 7–10 working days.

Card payments

  • Virgin hair, South American hair, raw Indian hair and Burmese hair bundles, frontals and closures, including 13×6 frontals: 5–7 working days.
  • Raw Indonesian hair: 7–9 working days.
  • Ready-made wigs: 10–12 working days.

Clearpay payments

  • Virgin hair, South American hair, raw Indian hair and Burmese hair bundles, frontals and closures: 7–9 working days.
  • Raw Indonesian hair: 7–9 working days.
  • Ready-made wigs: 10–15 working days.


We offer UK Next Day Guaranteed Delivery only, at £10.95 P&P. Standard UK Delivery is not available. Next-day delivery refers to courier transit after dispatch, not the day after placing your order.

The order cut-off is 3pm, Monday to Friday. This does not shorten the processing times above or guarantee next-day arrival from the date you order.

We do not deliver on Bank Holidays; allow for this when planning your order. Your order may be delivered between 7am and 1pm, and a signature may be required.

Orders can be delivered to your work address if you select it at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please check your tracking before contacting us about delivery.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, follow the courier's instructions to locate your parcel, collect it or rearrange delivery. Next-day delivery is available only to UK customers.

International Delivery

International courier transit times start after dispatch and are additional to the processing times above.

  • Europe via Parcelforce: £15 flat P&P, 1–3 working days.
  • United States via Parcelforce: £50 P&P, 1–2 working days; or via DHL: £35 P&P, 3–5 working days.
  • African countries via DHL: £50 P&P, 1–4 working days.

Available delivery services and shipping costs are shown at checkout when you enter your delivery address. Your order will be sent via the most suitable carrier, depending on its size and weight.

Tracking is available on some standard services and all express services. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link where available.

Any customs or import duties are payable by the recipient. We cannot control or predict these charges. Customs policies vary by country; contact your local customs office for details. Customs clearance may affect delivery time.

Once your order arrives in your country, it may be passed to a local postal service. If you miss delivery, follow the carrier's instructions for collection or redelivery.
